Chris“ Hopkins (* 18. April 1972) is a jazz pianist, alto saxophonist, composer, arranger, bandleader, and university teacher.
He is mostly known for his traditional jazz and swing approach, and his piano style is rooted in the stride- and swing-tradition.
Hopkins played and toured with Clark Terry, Harry "Sweets" Edison, Hazy Osterwald, Ken Peplowski, Peanuts Hucko, Kenny Davern, and Dick Hyman.
